Function Follows Form?
We seek to understand how the structure and dynamics of a biomolecule couple to its function. Our current projects are: (1) Dynamics of Calmodulin (2) NMR relaxation and motional model (3) Protein structure studies of bacterial two-component system (4) Structural studies of the proteins related to eye diseases. Our future directions include the studies of molecular chaperones, protein folding problems and intrinsically disordered proteins.
